Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Richmond

We are working with a successful 2-form entry Primary school in Richmond to appoint a teaching assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their education.

About the Role
  • Support a child with ASD/ADHD in Year 6 lessons
  • Assist with keeping the child on task and engaged
  • Work closely with the experienced SENCO and SEN department
  • Provide high-quality support to the child and the class
Requirements
  • High standard of English and Maths
  • Reliable and diligent work ethic
  • Previous experience in a Primary school setting or working with children with Special Needs (advantageous but not essential)
  • Degree-qualified (any subject) or Level 3 qualification in childcare or education
