We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Store Director to join our team at Bvlgari. This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong understanding of luxury retail and the ability to drive sales growth through effective team leadership and coaching. They will also be responsible for assuming the store manager role in their absence and supporting the sales team in achieving sales objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including bonus, commission, and career development opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the sales team by example and driving sales growth through effective team leadership and coaching;
  • Assuming the store manager role in your absence and ensuring seamless continuity of service;
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving sales objectives and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Developing and implementing action plans to improve results and drive sales growth;
  • Sourcing and recruiting new talent to enhance the team's capabilities;
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge of luxury products and services, including their features, benefits, and selling techniques.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management or a related field;
  • A strong understanding of luxury retail and the ability to drive sales growth through effective team leadership and coaching;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders;
  • A proven track record of success in sales management, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and processes, with the ability to use data analysis to inform decision-making;
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
