Hepatology Advanced Training Fellowship

We are offering two advanced hepatology fellowships at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. These fellowships provide an excellent opportunity for aspiring hepatologists to gain advanced knowledge and skills in the diagnosis and management of liver disease.
The salary for these positions is approximately £**70,000 - £90,000** per annum, depending on experience.
About the FellowshipThe fellowship program is designed to provide advanced training in hepatology and is ideal for individuals who wish to pursue a career in hepatology or gastroenterology.
As a fellow, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides comprehensive care to patients with liver disease. You will work closely with our experienced clinicians and researchers to develop new treatments and therapies for liver disease.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Attending hepatology clinics
- Participating in MDTs for cancer and benign HPB diseases
- Assisting with liver histology
- Supporting radiology
- Evaluating IgG4 and autoimmune and viral diseases
- Contributing to portal hypertension endoscopy lists
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also be encouraged to participate in research projects aligned to your specialist interest.
