Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a skilled Advanced Liver Disease Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of viral, immune-mediated, and metabolic liver disease, including in advanced liver disease pre- and post-transplant.

Your duties will involve attending 3 hepatology clinics per week, collaborating with the Cancer and benign HPB MDT, liver histology, radiology, IgG4, autoimmune and viral MDT, and portal hypertension endoscopy lists.

You will also be responsible for conducting translational research, engaging in clinical trials, and developing research projects aligned to your specialist interest in the TGU and Oxford Liver Unit.
