About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly motivated Recycling Plant Operative to join our team in CV-Library. As a key member of our waste management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recycling facilities.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for operating recycling plant equipment, maintaining accurate records of production data, and participating in regular meetings with colleagues and supervisors to discuss ongoing projects and objectives.

">Responsibilities:
">• Ensuring efficient recycling plant operations, adhering to all company health and safety policies and procedures
">• Maintaining a high level of housekeeping in the production area, promoting a clean and organized workspace
">• Performing manual handling tasks and contributing to general duties as required
">• Alternating between morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities available when needed">Requirements:
">• Previous experience in a related field, preferably in waste management or recycling operations
">• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols, with the ability to identify and report potential hazards
">• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors
