Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repairs of material handling equipment on various customer sites within your postcode area. You will work with a variety of equipment, including diesel, gas, and electric trucks, and be expected to manage your own work in progress, ensure accurate paperwork completion, and attend regular training courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain material handling equipment on customer sites
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs as required
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
  • Attend regular training courses to stay up-to-date with equipment knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant field
  • Technical experience in engines, electrics (diagnostics), or hydraulics
  • IT literacy and comfort with using latest technology
  • A strong understanding of material handling equipment and processes
