Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Porthaven Care Homes is a leading provider of care services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our visitors, residents, and families.
You will work closely with our Home Administrator and Home Manager to ensure efficient practices are maintained within our home. Your responsibilities will include managing calls, communicating messages, and carrying out general office duties.
