About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team at Strategy Education. As a Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children in our nursery settings across Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and purposeful experiences that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, ensuring the well-being of children, staff, and families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless daily routines and effective communication.
  • Develop strong relationships with children, staff, and families, upholding professional standards and reporting any concerns as necessary.
  • Stay updated on key priorities, changes, and developments through regular team meetings.

Requirements:

  • A full and relevant Level 2/3 childcare qualification is desirable.
  • Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years or newly qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements is essential.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate between £11.44 and £14 for level 3 qualified candidates.

Salary Range: £11.44 - £14 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).
