We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Corporate Lawyer to join our national Corporate and Commercial team in our Southampton office. As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will play a key role in handling a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your career in corporate law, working with a national team of experienced lawyers and interacting with clients across the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for working on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, equity and debt funding, and general corporate structuring work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with colleagues nationally to deliver high-quality corporate transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to business development activities and help grow our corporate practice
  • Comply with information security and firm policies and procedures
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with 4-8 years of experience in corporate law, who is ambitious and looking to progress their career. You will have a strong intellect, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work. You will also have a solid foundation in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, and a working knowledge of debt finance would be an advantage.
