The Opportunity:

We are partnering with a consumer luxury brand to find an experienced Head of Supply Chain to join their leadership team. The business is undergoing significant growth and transformation, requiring a strategic leader to oversee and enhance all aspects of manufacturing and supply chain operations.

About the Role:

As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for driving excellence in service delivery, overseeing planning, procurement, and supply chain management. You will need to have a deep understanding of supply chain processes and be able to influence and manage third-party contract manufacturers in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end supply chain management, including planning, procurement, and supply chain management.
  • Strategic leadership, with a focus on driving operational excellence and fostering a high-performance supply chain culture.
  • Influencing and managing third-party contract manufacturers in the UK and internationally.
  • Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to support business growth and transformation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior supply chain position, ideally in luxury/premium consumer goods.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to approach and engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve measurable results.
