About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced audiologist or hearing therapist to join our team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a senior audiologist or hearing therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality audiology services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide rehabilitation services to adults with hearing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address complex hearing problems.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Contribute to the development of the audiology service and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • BSc or MSc in Audiology or equivalent.
  • BAAT I and II or equivalent.
  • RCCP registered.
  • Previous experience in clinical audiology with a strong understanding of hearing assessment and rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
