Role Overview

As a Graduate NPD Technologist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life, ensuring our products meet market trends and quality standards. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Product Development: Assist in the formulation and development of new food and beverage products, ensuring they align with consumer preferences.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product ideas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, and production teams to gather input and feedback throughout the development process.
  • Testing & Evaluation: Participate in sensory evaluations and product testing to assess quality and consumer acceptance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of product formulations, processes, and test results to ensure compliance and facilitate tracking.
  • Problem Solving: Support troubleshooting during the development process, offering solutions to any challenges that arise.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Passion for Food: A keen interest in food product development and innovation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
