Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Educational Psychologists to deliver high-quality services to children and young people across Hampshire.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our services and achieve our goals.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve shared objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional development and growth.
- Contribute to the development of our service's policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with best practice and meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
- Hold a qualification in Educational Psychology and have significant experience in a similar role.
- Have a strong understanding of the principles of educational psychology and the ability to apply them in a practical setting.
- Be an effective leader and communicator with excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
