Job Summary:

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and train team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Transfer in-depth technical knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems to team members
  • Complete hands-on planned and reactive maintenance across the site, as well as lead work on any ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Mentor and train team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical systems and equipment meet company standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in design, development, and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and train team members
  • Knowledge of SAP computerized maintenance systems and processes
  • Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives
