We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance and Administration Specialist to join our busy team at Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration for the portfolios of the head of clinical standards and the head of patient safety, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, and ensuring clear and effective communication with internal teams and external organisations.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of administration processes, ensuring timely responses and actions, and preparing reports and minutes for local and regional meetings. Additionally, you will ensure that effective systems are in place to manage all correspondence, including emergency and urgent contact with the service, incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and telephone calls.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong administrative skills, including experience in managing portfolios and administration processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a first point of contact for enquiries.
  • Able to work independently, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
