Administrative Quality Assurance Specialist

Oxford Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced Administrative Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of portfolios, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external organizations.
Main Responsibilities:
- To act independently in managing administrative processes, ensuring timely responses and actions.
- Collecting, recording, and auditing data relevant to this role, reporting to Heads on a regular basis through verbal and written reports.
- Attending meetings as required, taking minutes, and circulating them if necessary, ensuring all information is readily available.
- Assisting with report production on quality and safety issues for various committees and meetings.
- Ensuring effective systems are in place to manage correspondence, including emergency contacts, incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and telephone calls.
Requirements:
- Significant experience working in a dynamic administrative role, using initiative to develop and maintain office systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with partners, regulators, and staff effectively.
