Hayward Hawk is partnering with a leading business services firm to find a Recruitment Manager to lead their recruitment function for a fixed term of 12 months.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the firm attracts, hires, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within the professional services sector and demonstrate excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates in line with the firm's business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, department leads, and senior leadership to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles within the firm, including senior-level and specialist positions.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the firm as an employer of choice within the professional services sector.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure recruitment strategies align with the firm's diversity and inclusion goals, promoting equal opportunities across all hiring activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of mentoring and developing recruitment needs.
- Extensive experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, headhunting, job boards, and social media platforms.
