**Precision Measurement Engineer**

We are seeking a skilled Precision Measurement Engineer to join our team at Motorsport Network.

**Compensation Package:** £58,750 - £68,750 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision measurement and quality assurance. They will be responsible for creating and planning CMM programs, designing and validating fixturing solutions, and delivering clear and actionable CMM reports.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and plan CMM programs using PolyWorks Inspector software, focusing on Renishaw PH20/Revo heads and the Renishaw UCC server.
  • Design and validate fixturing solutions using CAD tools such as Siemens NX and Renishaw Fixture Builder.
  • Deliver clear and actionable CMM reports to aid in component quality reviews.
  • Implement automated solutions within CMM programs using PolyWorks Macro Script Command Language (MSCL).
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and ensure effective shift handovers.
Requirements:
  1. 5 years of experience in offline CMM programming using Polyworks Inspector or other similar CMM software.
  2. Desirable: expertise with Renishaw PH20/Revo heads and UCC server.
  3. Experience with MSCL for automated inspection workflows.
  4. Proficiency in CAD tools for fixturing assemblies.
