We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Precision Engineer to lead our Offline CMM programming efforts. As part of our team at Williams Racing, you will be responsible for creating and planning CMM programs to ensure the highest standards of component quality.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CMM programs using PolyWorks Inspector software.
  • Create and validate fixturing solutions using CAD tools.
  • Deliver high-quality CMM reports to support component quality reviews.
  • Utilize PolyWorks Macro Script Command Language (MSCL) to automate inspection workflows.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping and ensure effective shift handovers.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  1. 5+ years of experience in offline CMM programming.
  2. Expertise in Renishaw PH20/Revo heads and UCC server.
  3. Familiarity with MSCL for automated inspection workflows.
  4. Proficiency in CAD tools for fixturing assemblies.
What We Offer

A highly competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including a holiday package, staff events/open days, a subsidised restaurant on site, various car schemes, an on-site gym, and fitness classes.
