Graphic Designer

A key role within our team at Taylor Higson, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and creating visual content for our marketing campaigns.

The Role

  • Designing a range of materials including brochures, signage, flyers, and stationery.
  • Ensuring artwork interpretation is achievable within production constraints.
  • Preparing accurate artwork from approved design and brief.
  • Communicating with the Marketing and Leasing teams to keep them informed of the progress of the jobs they are working on.
  • Providing colour proofs/samples for sign off.
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assisting projects through the business to ensure on-time delivery.

The Person

  • Design industry experience, particularly in the property sector.
  • Experience in design and setting up for print.
  • A good communicator and collaborator.
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Apple Mac.
  • Designing consistently across multiple mediums.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, Canva, or SEO.
  • Flexible and efficient.

Salary and Benefits
