**Role Overview**

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Are you a passionate and creative Graphic Designer seeking an opportunity to make your mark in a dynamic agency environment? We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our clients' success through captivating visual storytelling and impactful design solutions.

As a Graphic Designer at Chic PR & Events you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects and collaborate closely with both our creative team and clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop brand assets that include logos, brand books, sub marks, and social designs.
- Participate in client-facing projects, creating compelling assets for advertisements, social media campaigns, and various marketing materials.
- Engage in clear and effective communication with clients, actively participating in internal and client-facing meetings alongside account managers to ensure project alignment and exceptional standards of delivery.
- Create artwork designs tailored for large print jobs, such as event materials, ensuring a seamless transition from digital to physical mediums.
- Utilise your creativity to conceptualise innovative ideas and bring projects to life from initial concepts to final execution.
- Adapt and reformat assets and artwork to suit different mediums and usage requirements.
- Elevate social media presence by designing fresh elements like new logos, branded icon covers, and story templates.
- Showcase versatility in design skills across various domains, including website design, product packaging, branding, and general marketing materials.
- Play an active role in the creative evolution of client accounts, infusing your unique perspective into every project.
- Leverage your expertise in print job execution, understanding the intricacies of print requirements for physical materials.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on fundamental and standard design practices.
- Demonstrate adept project management skills, effectively juggling multiple assignments and adapting seamlessly to diverse clients and project scopes.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, meeting and deadlines without compromising quality.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative range and expertise in various design projects.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, design aesthetics, and visual communication.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles, communicating ideas effectively and translating client needs into design solutions.
- Familiarity with print production processes and requirements.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take ownership of individual projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
