This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Alexander Faraday Limited as an HR Payroll Admin Assistant. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with a keen interest in developing within the HR sector.

The role will provide exposure to many aspects of HR, including:

  • HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, producing contracts, rights to work, and HR metrics reporting.
  • Payroll Administration: Supporting payroll processes, including starters, leavers, recording of timesheet hours, and holidays.
  • Recruitment Support: Assisting with recruitment coordination, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and booking interviews.
  • Employee Relations: Providing support with employee relations cases, including note-taking and follow-up.
  • Employee Training: Coordinating and administering employee training programs.
  • First-Line HR Support: Providing support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Employee Engagement: Supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Projects: Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, payroll support, and be confident in using Excel. They will also possess excellent communication and administrative skills.
