Job Summary:
This role involves working as a Project Control and Training Expert at Nicholas Associates. The successful candidate will have expertise in Project Control, Project Management, and Project Engineer disciplines within the Energy sector. They will provide assessment and coaching services to learners across various sectors, including Nuclear, Petro-Chem, Pharma, and Thermal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess learners to determine their training needs
- Coach learners to improve their skills and knowledge
- Support internal and external training delivery
- Align taught courses with site operations and the curriculum
- Drive completion of tasks and achieve deadlines
- Develop and train apprentices in specialized sectors
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Project Control, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience in training and assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
