About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Expert to join our Moneff team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's risk management and compliance efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures;
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance;
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies;
  • Provide guidance and training on compliance and risk management to employees;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and best practices;
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address any compliance issues;
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders;
  • Ensure accurate records of compliance activities and findings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory affairs or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Professional certification such as CCEP or CSCP is a plus.
