Job Title: Experienced Community Practitioner

This role is available in our Penicuik service, where you will work alongside our experienced team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our team to deliver personalized support plans, focusing on enabling individuals to engage with their communities and maintain their tenancies.
  • You will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily tasks, such as household chores, cooking, and shopping, promoting independence and confidence.
  • As a manual driver, you will transport individuals to various activities and outings, helping them stay connected with their community.

Requirements:

  • A full valid UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
  • You do not need prior experience in care, as we offer comprehensive training through our award-winning learning and development team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
