About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytical Systems Project Engineer to join our team at Servomex. As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for the detailed design, project management, and commercial attainment of Servomex System projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the quotation stage of projects for materials specification and commercial review.
  • Attending kick-off meetings and taking responsibility for overall project coordination.
  • Managing projects to ensure that parts are delivered on time and labour resources are available to meet project schedule dates.
  • Notifying the Systems Engineering Manager of any conflicts or issues that arise.
  • Administering the SAP works order to ensure component parts are specified and ordered on time.
  • Reviewing job shortages to ensure project schedules are not adversely affected.
  • Producing CAD drawings to ensure system drawings are prepared correctly and submitted on time to customers.
  • Supporting the shipping and accounts receivable departments with documentation for proper shipment and receipt of payment per project contract.
About Your Talent:

We are looking for a talented individual with a proven track record of performing as a Project Engineer or closely related role in a similar technical environment. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate with stakeholders.
  • A methodical, highly organized, and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong communication and customer focus skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake travel for project inspections.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD LT or other CAD software.
  • Experience in project management of sampling conditioning systems.
  • SAP skills.
