Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Management Professional to join our Data Centre team in London. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in managing large-scale data centre construction projects for major clients across Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
  • Location: London

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans and manage ongoing quality, safety, health, and environmental considerations.
  2. Team Coordination: Establish effective governance, processes, and systems for project success.
  3. Resource Management: Advise on resource procurement and manage cross-functional project teams.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using KPIs and manage the change control process.
  5. Financial Oversight: Oversee project finances and manage the flow of information between the team and clients.
  6. Progress Reporting: Produce formal project progress reports and maintain client communication throughout.
Requirements

To be successful as a Construction Management Professional, you will need:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in the data centre or digital infrastructure environment.
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Knowledge of Project Life Cycle: A strong understanding of the full project life cycle from conception to completion.
  • Project Management Tools: In-depth knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • General Construction Experience: Experience in general construction, including residential, office, or education projects.
