About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Care Resolution Ltd as a Senior Support Worker, working in the community to provide high-quality care to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding domiciliary care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with care coordination, including assessing and planning care needs.
  • Supervise and appraise junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure care records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform light administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Provide personal care, including showering, incontinence needs, and getting ready for the day.
  • Support clients with medication management and administration.
  • Accompany clients on outings, activities, and errands, promoting social interaction and engagement.
  • Assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation, ensuring clients' nutritional needs are met.
  • Perform light household cleaning and domestic assistance, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in delivering domiciliary care to vulnerable individuals.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle (or willingness to use public transport).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
