About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Shop Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales assistants, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage and control key costs, including payroll, shrinkage, and waste
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, stock management, merchandising, and presentation standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
About You

We are looking for a committed and highly motivated individual who is passionate about retail and customer service. You will have a friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be trustworthy and reliable, with the ability to remain calm in busy and high-pressure situations.
