About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Shop Manager. As a Trainee Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and driving sales growth in our Tipton shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage stock levels, control costs, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and provide support as needed.

About You

You will be trustworthy and reliable, with a positive and hardworking approach to work. You will be organised and able to remain calm in busy, high-pressured situations.
