Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process for employees across three jurisdictions (UK, Republic of Ireland, and Isle of Man).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for employees in three jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee data, benefits, and compensation, ensuring seamless integration with payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, benefits, and taxes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar payroll role, with a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations in the UK, Republic of Ireland, and Isle of Man.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex payroll issues.
  • Proficient in payroll software and systems, with experience in managing multiple payroll systems.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
