Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Liability Loss Adjuster to join our team at Lawes Insurance Recruitment. As a Senior Liability Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing Liability claims ranging from minor slips and trips to catastrophic events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed caseload of third-party Liability claims, typically up to the value of £100k.
- Establish liability via thorough investigation on each case.
- Provide support and advice on claims issues to policyholders within specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different business areas, such as Property, Major & Complex Loss, Contractor Connections, and Legal Services.
- Liaise with clients and brokers to ensure efficient claims handling and business development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to handle the full range of EL/PL and Product liability claims, including claims involving third-party property damage.
- Extensive experience of writing investigation reports.
- Extensive knowledge of the insurance market.
- Extensive technical knowledge within the adjusting arena.
- Understanding of client SLA compliance/productivity/quality requirements.
- Proven proficient working knowledge of scoping software and handheld device use.
- Ability to understand what matters to the customer and put it first.
- Good IT skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility in traveling.
- Full UK driving license.
