Senior Liability Loss Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Liability Loss Adjuster to join our team at Lawes Insurance Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing Liability claims ranging from minor slips and trips to catastrophic events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and report on Liability claims, establishing liability and providing support and advice to policyholders.
- Manage a mixed caseload of third-party Liability claims, typically up to the value of £100k.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with colleagues across different business areas to ensure seamless claims handling.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to handle the full range of EL/PL and Product liability claims.
- Extensive experience in writing investigation reports and technical knowledge within the adjusting arena.
- Understanding of client SLA compliance, productivity, and quality requirements.
- Proficient working knowledge of scoping software and handheld device use.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
