We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team at Instarmac Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to company targets by meeting and/or exceeding sales targets as an individual and contributing to the team's overall performance.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by developing positive relationships with customers and acting as a consultative partner to anticipate their current and future needs.
- Follow up on samples and quotations, converting these into sales and ensuring accounts are constantly aware of active promotions available.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner, taking ownership and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage a dedicated Area Sales Manager's diary, ensuring customers are visited on a regular basis and using internal tools and systems to manage day-to-day running of data.
- Liaise with other departments, including Transport, Accounts, Marketing, Laboratory, and Production, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Create KPI and tracker reports as required by the business and undertake duties in accordance with all relevant management systems and controls.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for personal growth to promote products with greater understanding and confidence.
- Proven experience of working in an internal sales coordinator role.
- Ability to deliver excellent consultative advice to improve the customer experience and their business to generate sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport-building skills, with the ability to translate customer account history into opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
- Knowledge of CRM software (or equivalent) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Problem-solving skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly relating to data entry.
- Committed to ongoing learning and training to build knowledge and understanding.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver projects and answer enquiries on time.
