Job Title: Executive Culinary Director
At Catering Elite, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team. This exciting role combines culinary expertise with food and beverage management to oversee all aspects of our dining and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, design, and execute innovative menus that reflect our brand, customer preferences, and market trends.
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, including supervising staff, food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as per local health regulations.
* Manage inventory and procurement of food supplies and kitchen equipment, ensuring cost control and minimising waste.
* Oversee all food and beverage operations and ensure the highest quality standards are met.
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and control food and beverage costs, develop budgets, and analyse financial performance to meet revenue and profitability goals.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
* Proven track record of menu innovation and cost control
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
* Ability to develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
