Special Needs Educator Position

Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Special Needs Educator to join our team in Worcester. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special needs, providing a safe and stimulating environment that encourages their growth and development.
As a Special Needs Educator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will work closely with other educators and centre staff to ensure that every child receives the best possible care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and professionals.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Children's Care, Learning and Development (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
