Academy Catering Manager

We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to join our team at Elior, a leading contract caterer in the UK. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams on site, recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to our customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage teams on site to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food delivery.
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
- Build internal and external relationships, manage reporting, and liaise with clients to enable operational excellence.
- Recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service.
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
- Previous experience within management, contract catering desirable.
