Senior Post Production Director

We are seeking a seasoned post-production professional to lead our team as a Senior Post Production Director. This role requires expertise in managing post-production workflows, technical knowledge, and strong leadership skills.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the post-production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Collaboration with various departments is essential to achieve company goals.
Main Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of editors, sound engineers, and motion graphic designers across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes within the post-production department.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or creative issues during post-production.
- Stay current with the latest post-production technology, tools, and software.
- Oversee the storage and archiving of post-production assets.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in post-production, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
- Experience working with teams across different locations.
- Expert knowledge of Avid Media Composer, Adobe Creative Suite, and Da Vinci Resolve (Pro Tools and Cinema 4D knowledge a plus).
- Strong understanding of video editing, color correction, sound design, and VFX workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication, organization, administrative, and time management skills.
