The team are looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Post-Production to lead the post-production department. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of post-production workflows, technical expertise, and strong leadership abilities. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the post-production process to ensure content is delivered on time and to a high creative and technical standard. Collaboration with various departments to achieve company goals is essentia

MAIN RESPONSIBILIT

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of editors, sound engineers, and motion graphic designers across multiple UK locati
  • ons.Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes within the post-production departm
  • ent.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standa
  • rds.Foster a collaborative and creative work environm
  • ent.Troubleshoot and resolve technical or creative issues during post-product
  • ion.Stay current with the latest post-production technology, tools, and softw
  • are.Oversee the storage and archiving of post-production ass
  • ets.Support the team with editing and motion graphics on projects as nee

ESSENTIAL S


  • KILLS
    Minimum of 7 years in post-production, with at least 3 in a leadership
  • role.Experience working with teams across different loca
  • tions.Expert knowledge of Avid Media Composer, Adobe Creative Suite, and Da Vinci Resolve (Pro Tools and Cinema 4D knowledge a
  • plus).Strong understanding of video editing, color correction, sound design, and VFX work
  • flows.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational s
  • kills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultane
