Job Title: Marketing Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Lead to oversee the development and implementation of our marketing strategy and ensure seamless execution across all channels.

About Us:

Homebox is a rapidly growing Fin-tech/Prop-tech company dedicated to simplifying rental admin for both tenants and property professionals. Our offerings cater to both B2B and B2C audiences.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Operations Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy with a focus on B2B growth while maintaining a strong B2C brand presence. This involves strategic planning, campaign management, analytics, branding and positioning, partnerships and networking, and team collaboration.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy with a focus on B2B growth while maintaining a strong B2C brand presence.
  • Align marketing initiatives with the company's overall business objectives.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads (MQLs) and build brand saliency.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, white-papers, case studies, and email campaigns tailored to B2B audiences.

Analytics:

  • Utilise data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimise ROI.

Branding and Positioning:

  • Enhance brand positioning in the market through creative storytelling and consistent messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and target audience.

Partnerships and Networking:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, potential partners, and clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote our services.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to create integrated campaigns.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within Fin-tech, Prop-tech, or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing metrics to inform strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Braze, Webflow etc.).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
