Job Title: Family Court Adviser

Job Summary:

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Court Adviser to join our team. As a Family Court Adviser, you will play a critical role in providing advanced social work-level services to children, families, and courts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze court applications for child protection and serious welfare issues affecting a child or young person.
  • Influence those with parental responsibility to be more child-focused when needed.
  • Advise the courts on how a child's life can be improved, supporting judicial case management in the process.
  • Keep the child at the centre of your work through high-quality direct work with children and their families.
  • Work persuasively with family members and professionals on behalf of children.
  • Advocate in the best interests of the child, ensuring their voice is not lost in the court arena.
  • Maintain a high throughput of outstanding casework, utilizing good IT and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Degree in social work.
  • Registration on the Social Work England register.
