As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and building a pipeline of skilled and diverse talent across Denmark and other core European geographies.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and identifying opportunities for external talent pipelines or pools.
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates for needed skill sets and competencies, potential fit for current and/or future positions, and potential fit to our company culture.
  • Building relationships with potential candidates through networking, employee referrals, and passive recruiting techniques.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

About you

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional who is passionate about working with people and committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. You will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be able to build relationships with potential candidates.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Previous recruitment experience in a large international company or a recruitment agency.
  • Advanced skills in proactive outreach, candidate searching, and telephone screening.
  • Fluent in Danish and excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media, Recruitment Tools & Systems including LinkedIn.
