Nursery Lead Professional

At The Old Station Nursery Ltd, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for our young learners. As a Nursery Lead Professional, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our children, ensuring their happiness and growth. Your responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our nursery room, fostering high-quality care and a fun atmosphere for all our little ones. With your leadership skills, you will support the development of our Nursery Practitioners, providing them with guidance and mentorship. Effective communication with parents is also crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for keeping them informed about their child's progress.
Job Responsibilities:
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment for children and staff alike.
- Support the growth and development of Nursery Practitioners.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents.
Requirements:
- Early Years Level 3 Qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
