We are seeking a dedicated Educational Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Bootle. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the individualized attention required to overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with teachers to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with SEN.
- Provide personalized support during lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each student's unique needs.
- Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are highly desirable.
