We are Choice Housing, a subsidiary company focused on delivering exceptional customer services. Our goal is to provide high-quality joinery services to our customers in the Greater Belfast area.

This role involves working as a fully qualified Joiner to deliver efficient and responsive joinery services to our customers. You will be responsible for completing minor building and maintenance tasks, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and driving better value for our stakeholders.

• Deliver high-quality joinery services to meet customer expectations
• Work efficiently and effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A completed Joinery apprenticeship and relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 certification
• Minimum 2 years post-apprentice experience
• Eligibility for trade-specific CSR card
• Able to demonstrate high-level experience and knowledge in minor building and maintenance joinery services
• Available for out-of-hours call-out rota (1 week every 16 weeks)
• Ability to use PDA/smartphone/mobile working device
• Current and valid full UK driving license
