Job Title: Master Craftsman Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Master Craftsman Trainer to join our team at Workforce Training Services.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate individual to train young people in the art of joinery. As a Master Craftsman Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert-level training in joinery techniques and best practices
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop and implement effective training programs that cater to diverse learning styles

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 2 qualification or above in joinery
  • At least 3 years of experience as a joiner in the construction industry
  • Current driving license and access to own vehicle
