As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing relationships with both existing and potential new buyers, supporting the growth plans for 2024-2025, and assisting buyers with any pre- and post-sale needs.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in business-to-business and business-to-customer sales, particularly those skilled in negotiating on the phone and leveraging digital communication to their advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify sales leads/potential clients online as well as using social media to find new opportunities.
  • Demonstrate the benefits of purchasing stock through City Auction Group over other remarketing channels.
  • Contact potential clients via email, phone, and text to establish rapport and set up new accounts.
  • Open Buyer accounts and encourage purchasing both physically and online.
  • Identify key decision-makers within businesses and update our system with contact information.
  • Negotiate terms by phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain and grow new clients to maximize purchase volume.
  • Manage dormant buyers, identifying trends and re-engaging regularly.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, particularly for candidates with experience in telesales.
  • Negotiation skills, both remotely and face-to-face as required.
  • Understanding customer requirements and effectively pitching our products and services.
  • Administration experience, demonstrating a well-organized working process.

Package Details

  • Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (OTE).
  • Full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • A range of benefits including canteen access, free parking, health and wellbeing program, on-site gym membership, company pension, bonus scheme, and commission pay.
