Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of crisis support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and implement effective risk assessment and safety planning procedures to ensure the well-being of service users.
- Collaborate with the Buckinghamshire Mind Operational Management Team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in crisis support and mental health services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a mental health or crisis support setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, service users, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience of supporting individuals with mental health problems, including crisis intervention and safety planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
