Construction Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Our client is a well-established contractor looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This role offers a long-term career opportunity with the chance to make a daily impact on the business from day one.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sub-contractor surveying and costing on residential and commercial projects, with typical project values of £5 million-£30 million. Our client has secured 5 years' worth of work in these sectors, providing a stable and secure environment.
This role involves producing valuations and payment applications, taking site measurements unsupervised, and surveying projects and pricing. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying changes to works information, costing variations, and understanding quality control, material scheduling, and subcontract account management.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing employees to work both locally and from home. This provides a great work-life balance and flexibility.
