Quantity Surveyor Lead

Faircloth Construction Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering our construction projects on time and within budget.
Job Summary- This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
- You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.
- You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, including estimating, cost planning, and budgeting.
- A degree in a relevant field such as quantity surveying or construction management.
- Proven experience in a quantity surveying or construction management role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
